Educational materials around BUGS in Danish

BUGS, which is now available to watch online in our MOVING DOCS Home Cinema, explores the world of edible insects, and the question if we should overcome our engrained disgust and give them a try – just like two billion people around the world who eat them regularly. But will insects solve the problems with our food supplies?

The story of BUGS centres around the Nordic Food Lab in Copenhagen, and that's why we can offer you some educational materials in Danish. So if you speak the language and want to use the film at school, you can download the teaching guide here:

BUGS - Moving Docs

For the past three years a team from Copenhagen-based Nordic Food Lab has been travelling the world to learn what some of the two billion people who already eat insects have to say. During their journey they encounter everything from revered termite queens and desert-delicacy honey ants to venemous giant hornets and long-horned grasshoppers trapped using powerful floodlights, that sometimes cause their catchers temporary blindness.
