An immersion into the deep blue universe of freediving, DOLPHIN MAN VR is a companion program to the documentary, Dolphin Man.
For the past three years a team from Copenhagen-based Nordic Food Lab has been travelling the world to learn what some of the two billion people who already eat insects have to say. During their journey they encounter everything from revered termite queens and desert-delicacy honey ants to venemous giant hornets and long-horned grasshoppers trapped using powerful floodlights, that sometimes cause their catchers temporary blindness.

Niels Stokholm is one of the most idealistic farmers in Denmark. He runs a biodynamic farm with his wife, Rita, and they distribute products to some of the best restaurants in the world. But not everyone is equally fond of their holistic methods. Authorities and bureaucracy threaten to close down the farm.
